Tony Lee, born in Albion, Michigan, is a seasoned, multifaceted drummer whose rhythmic versatility has taken him across genres, stages, and decades. His career boasts collaborations under contract with Hitsville Motown performers, as well as with renowned artists such as Brent Carter (Tower of Power, Average White Band), Ellice Hall (Tower of Power), Bobby Kimball (Toto), Narada Michael Walden, United Sounds, Greg Phillinganes (MD), Pat Yandall, Richard Elliot, Four 80 East, Norman Connors, Tom Browne (Funkin’ for Jamaica), and Morning Star Reggae Band. His journey touches nearly every style, from funk and soul to jazz, reggae, rock, and beyond.
